These are the terms and conditions on which we will supply a new or replacement Certificate of Conformity ("COC") to you. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide a COC to you, how we use information collected via this website and how you can contact us if you think there is a mistake in these terms.

2. INFORMATION ABOUT US

Any online payments are processed by Atos Worldline Company incorporated under the laws of Belgium, with its registered office located at 1130 Brussels, Haachtsesteenweg 1442, entered in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under VAT number BE 0418.547.872, registered as a payment institution with the National Bank of Belgium.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

In order to provide you with a new or replacement COC we need certain information from you to confirm your identity and ownership of the relevant vehicle. 4. FEES AND DELIVERY

All new COCs will be provided free of charge (including delivery [is this correct?]). For replacement COCs we will charge a fee for the administrative works involved in providing the replacement COC. This fee (which will include delivery) will be displayed on [insert details of relevant page] on our website. Upon your order being processed we will deliver the COC to you at the address provided by you as soon as reasonably possible. If the supply of the COC is delayed by an event outside of our control we will contact you to inform you of this delay and we will take reasonable measures to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and receive a refund of any payments made.

5. LIMITATION OF OUR LIABILITY

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site. We assume no responsibility for the content of websites linked to our site, including the site operated by Atos Worldline. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

6. APPLICABLE LAW

These terms of use, its subject matter and formation are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
